THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
We, Bizzy Meals, may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. The modified Terms and Conditions will be effective 30 days following posting and you agree to the new posted Terms and Conditions by continuing your use of the site and/or placing an order. Each time you use the site or place an order, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions, and your agreement to be bound hereby. You are responsible for staying informed of any changes and are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the site.
By using our site, you represent that you have reached the age of the majority where you live and that you have the legal ability to accept these Terms and Conditions to use the site in accordance to these Terms and Conditions.
People with Health Conditions
Please understand that people with certain conditions should acquire physician approval prior to starting a weight loss program, or subscription to Bizzy Meals, these include, but are not limited to people who are: pregnant, have anorexia or bulimia, have chronic kidney disease, children under 17 years old, or, nursing mothers. People with these or any other serious health condition orders from our site at their own risk, and understands and comprehends this fully.
Health Claims and Weight Loss
Bizzy Meals provides a reference to an accredited health professional for guidance with diets, weight loss, and other health questions. Bizzy Meals provides health information on our site solely for informational purposes.
Weight loss and health results are not guaranteed, when you order from our site. Actual results will vary widely from individual to individual. By purchasing from Bizzy Meals, you acknowledge that Bizzy Meals does not make any claims, guarantees, explicit or implied, for any specific results. You also acknowledge that it is possible to gain weight on a program. Failure to lose weight or meet your desired results will not be grounds for a refund or to seek any damages against Bizzy Meals. Bizzy Meals does not imply, suggest or represent that any of our programs have been approved for any individual use by one of our doctors, medical staff, supervisors or staff members. BIZZY MEALS PROGRAMS ARE NOT MEDICALLY SUPERVISED PROGRAMS. IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, WE RECOMMEND AND IN SOME CASES, REQUIRE YOU TO SEEK PHYSICIAN APPROVAL PRIOR TO STARTING A PROGRAM. YOU ORDER FROM BIZZY MEALS AT YOUR OWN RISK, WHETHER YOU ARE TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT, LOSE WEIGHT, OR ANYTHING THERE OF.
Nutritional Facts and Information
Please note that nutritional information is located on our site. This information reflects recent updates to meals based on evolving ingredients. The nutritional information for each meal may vary at the time of preparation. By ordering this you accept the possibility of the nutritional facts being slightly different for each meal.
Online Purchasing Info and Billing Concerns
All purchases through this site, or physical transactions, for the sale of any product or service of Bizzy Lifestyle Meals LLC made by you are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Following your meal(s) selection and order placement and receipt of your first weekly order, you may cancel or modify a subscription to a Plan at any time online by managing your account at Bizzymeals.store , or by emailing us at BizzyLifestyleMeals@gmail.com. Please note, however, that any amounts charged to or paid by you prior to such cancellation or modification will not be refunded, and a cancellation or modification may not impact any active order for which you have already been charged, depending on the status of the order. To avoid being charged for placed orders that you no longer wish to receive in the event of a subscription pause, you must pause and or cancel prior to the date when you are to be charged for your next order. The charge is typically 3 or 6 days before your expected delivery, depending on your specified deadline, but can vary depending on shipping length and other factors. If you cancel a subscription to a Plan before receiving your first order, your first order may or may not be cancelled and related amounts paid may or may not be refunded to you, depending on factors including the state of your meals in our production process, and any promotions applied. You will be notified if any of your charged orders will be cancelled and refunded, or if you will still receive the order after cancellation.
Bizzy Meals may change prices or meals and or subscriptions, introduce new meals and plans periodically. Bizzy Meals will not be held responsible for notification of change. You accept the Terms and Conditions each time you order, therefore accepting any change to prices or meals etc.
All products purchased through this site are provided to you on an “as is” basis and “as available basis”. BIZZY MEALS AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALLWARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERSISE.
Refunds and Credits
If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact our customer service team at BizzyLifestyleMeals@gmail.com. You must report your issues within 24 hours of the meal being delivered. If you contact us after this window, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the order. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery, to be paid directly back to the form of payment you used to purchase the meal. This may take up to 3 business days. Bizzy meals may require the return or photo documentation of the meal(s) that you are not satisfied with before we make a credit or refund.
Cancel or Modify a Meal Order/Subscriptions
Following your Plan selection and placement and receipt of your first weekly order, you may cancel or modify a subscription to a Plan at any time online by managing your account at bizzymeals.store, or by emailing us at BizzyLifestyleMeals@gmail.com. Please note, however, that any amounts charged to or paid by you prior to such cancellation or modification will not be refunded, and a cancellation or modification may not impact any active order for which you have already been charged, depending on the status of the order.

Food Substitution Policy
Although Bizzy takes every reasonable measure to have sufficient inventory to fill your order, availability or product(s) may change without notice. Bizzy Meals is not responsible for unavailability of product due to popular demand, whether discontinued or still in production.
In the completion of orders, Bizzy Meals reserves the right to substitute a similar product. When making substitutions, Bizzy Meals takes great care to meet the requirements of your particular meal order. Substituted food items may contain different ingredients and allergens than those in items originally ordered. Prior to consumption, please be sure to carefully check all individual product information on the nutrition facts section of the website.
Please note: Bizzy Meal’s food items may contain or may have been manufactured in a facility that also processes: eggs, dairy, fish, shellfish, soy and tree nuts. Be sure to notate that you order Bizzy meals food at your own risk, in relation to food allergies.
Shipping Info and Problem Resolution
We use third-party carriers (Fed-Ex) to ship your food packages and provide you with tracking information for every package. It is very important that you provide us with the proper shipping information and any special delivery info that the driver may need for every package. For any shipping error that is caused by the carrier (including damaged packages or delayed deliveries), we will issue a replacement delivery or replacement products at no additional charge. Please note, we may ask for pictures. Without compliance of our requests, we reserve the right to withhold a product replacement or reshipment. You have 24 hours to contact us with any issues (non-delivery at scheduled time). Please note after that window there is nothing we can do.
You are required to provide 100% accurate information about yourself, including, but not limited to: telephone number, correct address, delivery instruction. The telephone number provided will be used to reach you for shipping updates. All calls to and from Bizzy Lifestyle Meals may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.
For any shipping error caused by a mistake or omission of shipping information provided by the customer, Bizzy Meals will NOT be held responsible for undeliverable products. Bizzy Meals may request for verification of address (phone bills, leases, mail etc.) to verify correctness off address provided.
Social Media Content Posted by You
Content posted by you includes, but is not limited to, ratings and reviews or meals/service, posting on Bizzy Meals bulletin boards, social media pages, chat rooms, and user blogs. These sites contain various pages where you and other members may post contents. You may only post content to the sites that you created or which the owner of the content has given you permission to post. You may not post or distribute content that is illegal or that violates these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting or posting content to the sites, you grant Bizzy Meals, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, agents, and licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, adapt, and promote any posted content in any medium. Once you submit or post content to the sites, Bizzy Meals will not compensate you in any way for such posts. You should carefully choose the information you post on such sites. You may not post the following items: personal telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL’s or external sites, any form of HTML or programming code, any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable subject matter. If you become aware of any misuse of our site(s) by any person please contact Bizzy Meals at BizzyLifestyleMeals@gmail.com. Bizzy Meals reserves the right to remove any user contributions from any sites in relation to Bizzy meals for any or no reason.

The Bizzy Lifestyle Meal’s name, logo, products, web design, slogans, are trademarks of Bizzy Lifestyle Meals LLC. You may not use any of the mentioned content, or content within the website, without prior permission from Bizzy Lifestyle Meals or its affiliates.
Bizzy Lifestyle Meals reserves the right to update the content on this site at any time, but its contents is not necessarily complete or up to date at any specific time. Bizzy Meals is under no obligation to update any material on such site.
